I doubt anyone knows who this character is :,D I dont draw him digitally much at all and i havent drawn him since the person he personifies left the country. 
His name is Gau and i just wanted a have a color pallete for him in case i decide to draw him again. He's a german shepard. He has a tatto on his other shoulder, of the symbol above that means Om.
